Day Two of the Playoffs sees Team Spirit and Team Liquid eliminated. There's one match left and it's between OG and BOOM Esports, where the loser is eliminated as well.
The Playoffs of the Stockholm Major have started and we already got good matches. Tundra Esports defeated Team Spirit and moved to the next round. In the second match, it was Thunder Awaken who beat BetBoom Team.
With the Stockholm Major just a week away, Valve released an update which nerfed a lot of the meta heroes. There are also some good buffs that players should love.
Dota 2 fans are probably not sure what to feel with the news that’s coming out. Three teams from Eastern Europe have qualified for the Stockholm Major. However, the Chinese teams that qualified won’t be able to join the first Major of the new DPC season.
What seemed to be a simple action has turned into full drama as Virtus.pro is forced to terminate Pure’s contract after the team is disqualified in the DPC tournament.

Eastern Europe is finally having matches and while it’s under a new format, it’s good to know that the teams now have a chance to be part of the Stockholm Major.
The Spring Tour is finished for most regions. With this, we now have an idea of the teams joining the Stockholm Major. There is still the issue of what’s going to happen with the teams from Eastern Europe.
With the season on the verge of wrapping up, OG and Gaimin Gladiators take the lead in Western Europe. Meanwhile, Team Secret is hanging on by a thread for the four slot of the next Major. Nigma Galaxy is headed to Division II while Alliance is returning to Division I.
With one week left in the Dota 2 Spring Tour, the top three teams are neck-and-neck in the fight for the two slots of the Major. Right now, TSM is in solo lead with Evil Geniuses and Quincy Crew tied at second place. There are only three matches left but a lot can happen so stay tuned.
